"If you must doubt something… doubt your limits."
We want you to love Jiu Jitsu as much as we do. Try a class, try three, and if you decide you love it, then we can talk. We are a no-pressure academy. We will never pressure you to sign up, never have contracts, and never give you grief if you have to pause or cancel for any reason.
The Little Heroes beginner class trials are every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can size a gi to borrow during class.
Your child should wear a light T-shirt and gym shorts under their gi, and bring a bottle of water. We do provide bottled water free of charge if they forget theirs.
Your child will be welcomed with open arms and join right into the class. Our trained kids coaches work directly with them at all times so they feel safe, welcomed, and an important part of the class. They are only expected to do what they can.
The adult beginner class trials are every Monday & Wednesday at 7:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can size a gi to borrow during class.
Wear a light T-shirt and gym shorts under your gi, and bring a bottle of water. We do provide bottled water free of charge if you forget yours.
You'll be welcomed with open arms, paired with a peer mentor, and join right in alongside other beginners. Our coaches work directly with you the whole time. You're only expected to do what you can.
🚀 Mission accomplished!!!
You've booked your first class!
Right now a huge siren 🚨 is blasting at the academy. This, of course, makes our new desk guy Ross go absolutely insane (with happiness). He climbs up onto the desk and starts jumping…
He's broken two desks already. We are really trying to get him to stop that. 🤷🏼♂️
Tony, our head coach, instantly starts doing pushups because he wants to look fit for the new students. He's fit. Don't ask. 🫣
You should see Gretchen… ahhh, Gretchen. She just starts singing 99 Bottles of Soda and WILL NOT STOP until she counts EVERY number. 🫣
Anyway, just in case you have any questions, Phill is going to reach out with a text from his personal cell to make sure you're ready for some Jiu Jitsu fun!
*You know how I know he'll reach out soon? 🤭 We put a shock collar on him and it zaps him every 10 minutes until he does. LOL!
It's epic.
Anyway, we're glad you're coming. Awesome decision.
HIGH FIVE 🙌
